We want you to love everything you purchase from The Olive Branch! If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make it right.

Returns:

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions:

Sale items, earrings, undergarments, and wellness products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return:

If you’re local, feel free to bring your item back to the store.

Exchanges:

We do not process direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to use your store credit to place a new order for a different size or style once your return is processed.
